All group fitness classes are designed to challenge you + help you grow both individually and as a community. No two classes are ever the same!

Yoga is for everyone! Our Vinyasa classes link breath with mindful movement while our our Power Yoga classes will get you moving, breathing, and yes, even sweating. Both classes will challenge your body and mind so you can step off your mat feeling empowered, restored, and reconnected.
